I went to visit the dietitian today and the results were .4# loss and I was blue . As I was waiting for my apt with her I sat there with a long face wondering why, when I have been OP, this happened. Sodium???? Skipped meals???
Then, we had our little meeting and guess what? I gained .8 # of water weight, 1.2 # of fat free mass, and lost a total of 1.6# of fat mass this week. Sooo, even though I lost 3# overall last week I did even better this week loosing .4# if you look at the relavent numbers!
She said that many people when they get to this phase of the diet get really discouraged because the scale isn't moving and then they quit.
DON'T QUIT WHEN THE SCALE ISN'T MOVING FOLKS BECAUSE THINGS ARE A' HAPPENIN!!!!
