I would recommend to all Medifasters that you invest in a good quality pepper grinder. My nephew gave me a GREAT one for Christmas (before I'd even heard of Medifast!), and some freshly ground pepper does wonderful things for all the soups, my greens, my leans . . . it really makes a difference in flavor.

I have one and I LOVE it. My dh hates pepper, but I LOVE it. I'm grinding pepper on everything. :)

McCormick's Seasonings have small disposable already filled pepper mills in the spice section of the store. They have different varieties--one is just black pepper, another is a multi colored pepper, and I think there is a white pepper, too. I LOVE them. You don't have to fill them, the pepper is ground fresh by you, they fit in the spice rack and you can keep different varieties around. They are relatively inexpensive. Check them out!

I have the McCormick's Peppermills.

Peppercorn Medley is Delicious...also try the Italian Seasoning one...Taste great sprinkled on saute zuch and mushrooms. Yummah!

I am a huge fan also of finely ground garlic pepper that I get from CVS..Love it, Love it!

Something else I add to my lean and green a LOT is minced garlic(buy the refridgerated kind so you can just scoop it outta the jar)
