I don't have any food related plans this weekend so I figured I could start tomorrow so that I could take it easy this weekend and not be too worn out. From what I have heard you shouldn't do too much. I am so excited guys to start and get the results like all of you have had. I don't have a very good history with diets I mean I have tried WW like 20 times. I have tried South Beach and Atkins and dropped weight quickly on them but couldn't stay on them very long because I am not a huge meat lover. With this program I only have to have a small amount once a day and all the rest of the protein is in the shakes and stuff. Gosh I am so ready to take charge of my life and let the inner person show on the outside. thank you all so much for your support so far and I know that you will be here for me as I go on this journey.
