I got it!!!!!!

Postby Taszi17 » March 30th, 2006, 11:24 am

Hi everyone I finally got my package. I went home for lunch to see if it had arrived yet and it did yipeeeeee!!!! I have read all the information and I am so stoked to start. I will do my official weigh in tomorrow when I begin this program but for now here are my stats.

5'5
204
29

I don't have any food related plans this weekend so I figured I could start tomorrow so that I could take it easy this weekend and not be too worn out. From what I have heard you shouldn't do too much. I am so excited guys to start and get the results like all of you have had. I don't have a very good history with diets I mean I have tried WW like 20 times. I have tried South Beach and Atkins and dropped weight quickly on them but couldn't stay on them very long because I am not a huge meat lover. With this program I only have to have a small amount once a day and all the rest of the protein is in the shakes and stuff. Gosh I am so ready to take charge of my life and let the inner person show on the outside. thank you all so much for your support so far and I know that you will be here for me as I go on this journey. Thanks again :kool:

Hey where should I post my stats tomorrow...here?

Image I am so excited for you!

You are about to start the last weight loss program you will ever need!

Did you clean out those cabinets yet of all the no no foods? Also as a side note remember that if you don't want to have meat with your L&G you can always have lowfat cottage cheese or egg substitutes!

Post how you are doing in the Weight room!

Falisamarie that is an awesome idea thank you so much!! That I am sure will be a great tip for me. I still have to feed my skinny husband that eats like a pig and manages to lose weight :x

You have no idea how that comment about this being my last diet made me feel. Like omg this is really going to happen for me ya know. I feel like crying it made me so emotional. I know I can do this and I will. One shake at a time and one day at a time.

Thank you so much you said just the right thing.

Thank you everyone for your support and comments it is going to keep me on the right track:)

Ooh,

I'm so excited that you got your package! I remember pouring through EVERYTHING they sent me! You've got it better than me though because you found us BEFORE you started!

I'm so happy for you! I agree wholeheartedly with Lisa that this is the LAST diet I'll be on and couldn't be happier or prouder about that. These first 3 or so days may not be all that much fun, but push through them, keep shaking and we'll be here with you every step of the way!!

Happy shakin'

Isn't it so much fun going through all the goodies when they arrive. :bounce: I'm new at this too. I first got the 11 day trial version and just got my first month's worth on Monday. I couldn't wait to spread them all out on the floor to see what I got. :whoohoo: I know we're going to be able to do it this time, especially with everyone's support here.

P.S. I also did WW 5 times at least. I lost count.

Just had my first shake (Vanilla) and it was good. No problem getting that down. I am drinking my coffee now and I was wondering about the coffeemate that I put in it. It does have some carbs (11g). Is this bad and if so any suggestions?

Here is my schedule
8:30-Shake
11:00-Soup
1:00-Bar
3:00-Shake
5:00-Pudding
7-L/G

I will be taking a multivitamin and drinking my 64 oz of water.

Congratulations,TAS, you are on your way to your best weight and health ever!

Here is my favorite thing to do in the morning...(but good any time of day)

Mix my shake (vanilla, choc. cocoa, cappuccino, etc.) until frothy
Add 1 TBS Davinci s/f flavoring (hazelnut, caramel, kalua, etc.)
Add 1 TBS dry skim milk (no-no to Creamer)
Add coffee to fill 2 cup mug and a dash of nutmeg
Heat as desired. Fills a HUGE 2 Cup mug or thermal cup.

Sip and leisurely enjoy. Can't wait for it each morning. My oatmeal comes two hours later. LOVE IT!

Congratulations also to TERRI. You two will go shaking together. :yay: :yay: What a TRIP!

Thank you so much I have put my coffee down hehhe. I wasn't sure about the creamer but goodness I don't want to get off on the wrong foot with this on my first day:(

Hopefully that 1/2 cup of coffee with creamer won't hurt me too bad. That recipe sounds awesome I am going to try it tomorrow morning.

Man I really do not want to rain on your parade at all and I could very well be wrong as I am no coffee drinker by any means but having said that 11g of carbs seems way way to high. Are you using the whole serving or just a portion of it and is there another creamer out there any of you coffee drinkers know of with fewer carbs?

Man I hope I am wrong for your sake but my eyes just bugged out of my head when I saw that.

Was it a typo maybe???

No typo that what it has on the bottle of the creamer for 4tsp.

I only drank about 1/2 a cup before Lisabette responded.

Hopefully I will be okay. Since it is my first day what should I do not have one of my meals or drink more water or what. You are making me scared that I totally just screwed this whole thing up
