It says on the quick start that
"You may use skim milk or small amounts of half and half in your cofee or tea and you may also use artificial sweeteners if desired."

I figured cofeemate was like half and half but man oh man I could be totally wrong on that one. I will go get some FF half and half tonight so tomorrow I don't run into this. I knew I hadn't lost my mind that I had read somewhere that creamer was okay in small doses. Guess it is really specific about what kind of creamer though.

Oh well I am not going to stress out about it I will just go right along and take this as a lesson learned

Oh honey please please know I did not mean to scare you  You are doing fine. I was just shocked that there was so many carbs in that! I don't think it screwed you up so early in program and how smart you were to jump on here and ask right away! Like I have said before we live and we learn that is what life is all about. Remember too that I could be wrong who the heck knows!

Keep shakin you are doin great

ABSOLUTELY stay on program---never skip a meal. Drink an extra cup of water maybe. It probably will not hurt you that much. You really should do great with weight loss...you are so commited!

Taszil, I too am a coffee drinker. I bought fat free powdered coffeemate, to use in my coffee, and a big bottle of sugar-free french vanilla coffeemate liquid creamer. NO problems using either of those, they are allowed and low in carbs. As a matter of fact, the sugar-free french vanilla liquid coffeemate has only 15 calories and 1 carb per Tablespoon. Look around for some of that (It tastes good too!) :D

Just forget about it, you know, spilled milk. No do not skip any meals, just act like it didn't happen. Being your first day it probably wont effect you much if any.
