Got Some Questions...

Hi everyone!

My food was late (I wanted to start on 10/1) so my new start date is 10/8...I'm excited and nervous at the same time...

I was wondering though...I have some yummy elk meat in my freezer, and am not sure how it would count in the lean/green meal...it's practically 100% lean meat, but it is red meat, so how many ounces should I measure out for a meal? Does anyone else use game for their "lean"?

I'm sure I'll come up with a ton more questions...oh, like where do you all get your "pound countdowns"? I want one!!

I also wanted to say that this site is awesome, I love that everyone posts their ups as well as their downs, very motivational and inspirational!!

Hi Morning and welcome to the forum,
I'd treat that yummy Elk meat just like beef.
5/7 oz. depending on Male/Female.

What time's dinner?....:)
