Congratulations! You are already a success in my book for making the decision to do something great for yourself. This forum is very important because as Americans we are taught to socialize we have to eat dinner or have a drink in a bar. We can do it -- and we will. God Bless

Kimmy--I started yesterday so we are in the same boat! Day 1 went pretty easy for me-I did have an annoying headache late in the day, then again around bedtime. Motrin took care of it. I got in abt 70 oz of water (which is GOOD for me-a total diet coke addict!) and true to what I was told I did not drink as much DC because I was busy with the water. So far today I have had oatmeal and a shake. Getting ready to try the soup...Good luck!

some people don't like the vanilla shakes but I think they are good. I don't even have to add a Splenda like with the chocolate and strawberry.

Woo Hoo..I made it through my first day. I still have to have one more shake though. I was even able to cook dinner for the family without sneaking a nibble. ;)

I hope that you had that last shake for the day - don't skip Medifast meals because unlike other traditional weight loss programs, where less is better, with Medifast one needs every meal replacement packet and it is perfectly fine to have it late in the evening - even just before bedtime.

Oh I sure did. Had it around 8pm and it definitely hit the spot. I think the 5 and 1 is going to be a really good plan for me because it will give me the opportunity to have meals with my family and even the occassional night out. Thanks so much for the support :)
