Angie WELCOME !!!! Ok I eat almost the same thing everyday so here it goes: Oatmeal, RTG shake, RTD shake, fruit and nut bar, my "one" and the chilli and crackers or if too tired RTG/ I just find thw RTG to be very easy. You are going to do great - post a lot and I will be rooting for you. Mytime
