Got my Medifast and I am starting Monday July 11th YAY

Got my shakes in the mail today. I am not starting on the weekend because it will be way to hard. I will start Monday on Medifast. That way I will have 5 days to prepare my self/body. Like I said, weekends are HARD. Hopefully by the next weekend hunger pains will be gone.

That's a good idea, I started on a Friday and I made it, but it was TOUGH...not to mention I started on a Fourth of July weekend...That was REAL smart :lol: You will do great!!! :D

I noticed you, Martha and I all have almost the same amount of weight to lose. We will all have to keep each other going and keep our eyes on GOAL! Welcome......WE CAN DO IT!

OOOPs.....sorry Martha. I was looking at your pounds lost instead of pounds to go. Must have been getting tired after reading so many posts at that point. I still would love to keep each other going though. Considering you already lost what my total goal to lose is, and in the amount of time you lost it in, you are definitely a mentor!

Sarah - you are the most prepared starter I have seen. You may be tired and / or hungry but you will make it !!!! Remember the extras you can have - 2 pickles - celery etc and FAST soups if you have them. I also found reading posts at every opportunity really helped. Looking forward to your posts and less of you. Mytime

Hi Sarah, we Medifasters are routing for you :cleader: :cleader: :cleader:

Just think in 2 more days you will have so much energy you won't know what to do with yourself...... :roll:

I just talked to a fellow Medifaster who told me this is day 5 and she has so much energy that she is shampooing her carpets.

Watch out, you may even have to do your spring cleaning now!!
Start by throwing out food that is a no no.... :goodluck:
