Truly amazing... Jeanette and I ocassionally email back and forth, so I know her prety well. I know this has been a struggle for her, as well as it is for me. This small milestone, only adds fuel to the tank, in making it all downhill, and actually achievable for all of you - look at Jeanette, a member of the #40 club!!! (actually the #41 club today)

CONGRATULATIONS - this is wonderful news. You are an inspiration, not only to me, but to the other folks here, espically the ladies. I know it "seems" easier for a man, and my voice comes from the "man side". So you as a lady, losing 41 DAMN pounds is a wonderful accomplishment.

All my happiness to you in your success, and for your hard work......

Thanks everyone for all the good wishes!

The past 8 weeks have been full of ups and downs (and I am not just talking about the scales!). I struggle daily with the tempation to do the easy thing and just EAT. But the easy thing is not always the right thing.

I may have just completed this mini goal of mine, but I still have so much to learn and so far to go. My journey is far from over. This is the opportunity of a lifetime. And I am taking advantage of it!
