These forums are a huge help and there is a LOT of motivation to be had just browsing around in here. Don't forget to check out the "Lean Cuisine" section for some neat little recipes for our Medifast stuff. :)

Hi KMR, I know you are going to love this program. Welcome to the forum. While you are waiting for your Medifast, you might want to scan through old forums to see what lies ahead. I suggest "The Studio" where you'll see some great before and after photos.
