I can't wait for my shipment of Medifast to arrive. I've been away from the program far too long! Nothing else works for me and now I'm back and so thankful that this program is still here for myself and people like me. There's no greater support system than those participating in this support forum.

Congratulations to my friend and my H.A., Linda (LuzInIt). She is an inspiration for us all with a weight loss of over 140#'s. :bravo:

Thank you, too, Nancy for remembering me and lifting up my spirits with your words of encouragement today. It is just what I needed to hear. I'm dusting my shaker jar off and getting ready to guzzle that water! Look out Take Shape for Life....Here I come!

I was away from MF for a year and am STILL kicking myself for not coming back sooner...I could be at my GOAL by now! Sheesh!
