Finally Unca!! 50 pounds!!! From size 24/26 to a tight 16. (IT looks good though) My 14 year old daughter even started Medifast... (She weighed 177 when she started- now 172- she started on Monday)

Congrats, Gillian!!! (But you don't want to be like me; it took me more than twice as long to lose that weight!!!!)
And did the doc OK it for your daughter? I don't know the specifics, but kids that age generally have different nutritional needs than adults. You might call the nurse line or something in case she needs to change the program a bit.

Gillian, this would seem to apply to your daughter (I'm guessing on the puberty thing). The Medifast site says she should follow a modified program ...
