He's been on Medifast 17 days and lost 15 1/2 lbs! His belly is getting smaller! :lol:

Post it twice!!

I have been at mine to at least cut the carbs and up the protein (he'll go through a loaf of bread in two days!) Well, he went to PT (physical training) with his unit this morning and came home professing I was right! (When will they learn we are always right??)

Good for you the two of you for sharing this journey together and good for you for bragging on him!
