I'm going to a party tonight where there will be lots of food and drink. I'm in a good mind set that I'm going to be fine. I'm starting my 10th day on MF and doing just fine with everything. I guess this will be my first "outting" and this post is to ensure my accountability.
Here's my plan: I'm going to have my lean and green right before I leave to ensure I'm not hungry at all. I'll bring a couple of cans of diet pepsi (gonna miss having a couple coronas but the trade off is worth it). And then a bar for my next meal (will feel like I'm eating something bad heh).
It's also a potluck, so I figured I'd just bring a green salad. I figured if I completed got weirded out, I could always fall back on a cup of salad but I really think I'll be ok.
Anyone have any last minute suggestions. I'll give you feedback on how I did tomorrow morning
