Going on a cruise

Postby Angeldreamer052 » July 5th, 2005, 2:35 pm

We are going on a cruise in about 2 weeks for 2 weeks and we want to take advantage of their food for at least the dinners and an occassional breakfast. We have been on medifast for a month and will be going back on it full bore when we get back. Any suggestions for us and what should we do about adding food in?? thanks for any input!

Hi Angel
So you have been on a month - great for you !!!!
There are several options:
Transition off during these two weeks and have 3 or 4 medifast items each day during the cruise - while having the breakfast and dinners on ship.
ooooooooorrrrrrrrr
you could stay on your five and 1 and just have a lean and green while you are on the ship.
My suggestion is to transition off - and eat sensibly while you are on board, then start right back up when you get back.
Personal experience and reports back from clients - is that even with FULL intentions - it is hard to stay on the five and 1 - on a two week vacation - especially when there is so much "unlimited" food and
alcohol available.
If you do not know how to transition off - I can tell you.

Wow this is such a great program
