I did it! I did it! I did it!
I weighed today for the first time after starting June 1, 2004 and I LOST 20 POUNDS!!!!! INCREDIBLE? YES!!!!!
That averages out to 1 and a half pounds per day! I knew I had lost at least 10 pounds but 20?! Needless to say, I'm skipping around like a kid on Christmas morning.
Folks, this MF really works. I just did shakes the first month, and followed the instructions in the booklet not to exercise. This month, I'll be walking on the treadmill for exercise and having the other supplements (soups, chili, bars,) in addition to the 3 shakes per day. This is the most comfortable I've ever been on any diet.
Here's a giant MAHALO to all those who developed, and give us easy access to this enormously effective program.
