Hi all,
We just added Goal Clubs to the Forum. As you reach your goals along the way (10-20-30-40 etc...) send me a private message with the amount of your met goal, and i'll add it to your profile.

Add a signature to the bottom of your posts with your starting date, starting weight, current weight and goal similar to the one below.

Just starting day 5

Just woke up on this early snowy morning to begin day 5. I got on the scale and I'm down 8lbs.! I felt like I had lost weight before I had even gotten on the scale. I'm glad the scale proved me right! My 1st goal is to get rid of my 1st 10 pounds, so Unca can add me to the - 10 lbs. club and my profile. I think it's a great idea that Unca had, to start posting every - 10 lbs. everyone get's rid of. That gives me more incentive to stay on the plan because I want it posted and look forward to joining each club with every 10 lbs. I get rid of! I had a hard time yesterday doing all the grocery shopping for my family, but I'm glad I chose not to cheat because I feel great this morning getting rid of 1.5 more pounds. That feels alot better than if I had stuffed my face last night! Keep up the great work everyone!! Have to go have my 1st shake of the day! Hopefully I'll make the -10 lbs. club by my 1st week weigh-in on Wednesday. If I don't make it by then, I'm still very happy with my results so far!

Howdy all...well I woke up this morning...and decided to hop on the scale at last! and low and behold..I LOST 10#'s!! day number 9...and 10 pounds gone..now I know that alot of that is water weight..the first week that is whats expected..but next week and the weeks to come will be FAT baby!! yahooooooooooo

I also know to expect less loss next time I weigh in..the first week is always the greatest!! but water or fat..its just nice to see that scale go down!! :-P

IM on my way...yes, Tami is on her way back....!!!!! :D

I don't remember where I saw the weekly weigh-in, but I have tried to post these numbers to my signature and I wasn't able to using your directions.

I lost 3 1/2 pounds since I "re-started" two weeks ago. Here are my actual (and current) totals:

199.5/171.5/153
