If you ARE having that extra shake (or two!) and still feeling like ya've got a case of the HONGRIES, try having a shake of the MF Plus Appetite Suppression or one of the MF Plus Women's Health - they have Medifiber, which is a natural appetite suppressant. It can help if you are having hunger break-through.
Another thing you could try would be to prepared your shakes in the blender. Put H2O in the blender, add the packet of MF to the water and whirl it up for a couple of minutes until it is real smooth. Then add any Sugar-Free flaves that you like and some ice - it makes the volume bigger and tht sometimes helps a hungry tum-tum.
Have some bouillon or a Fast Soup, too. Espe. after a work-out, you just might need that added sodium.
