Actually Camille, it's:

0.66666666666666666666666666666667

pounds per day. Since everyone posts (including myself) fractions, you may as well take the legitimate weight. .666 is larger than .50!

I like that dumb math thing... Walking down the middle of the street, on the left hand sidewalk, you see .68 cent's laying on the ground. On the right hand sidewalk, you see .50 cents. You get to choose which you want to pick up, not both.

Good for you!

Thanks for the kudos gang. Actually Mike, to be accurate with this "math thing", it's .67 cents. :whip:

Mike, did I remember you saying you did only the shakes for 3 months? If so, did you notice a change when you went from all shakes to shakes and other supplements? Mahalo, Camille :puter:

Actually, it was almost 4 months to the day. Started 9/8/03 and stopped, or went to the maintenance plan on or about 1/5/04 YES there is an absolute difference. I did not do it the right way the first time, thinking I could just delve into everything, and got very sick, to the point I thought I had Gall-Stones, and went to the emergency room, only to find out it was indigestion. YOU MUST TRANSITION CORRECTLY. Nancy’s plan is 100% on the money. I never took other supplements, other than the shakes. I got so used to only taking the “Dutch chocolate” tear and pour, I never tried anything else. I can tell you this - I still on a regular basis take Medifast - easy, and good - and good for you. Remember, I have no ties to Medifast whatsoever, I just love the stuff, it changed my life forever.

Help?

My .67 cents

Mike, Thanks for sharing. Wow, I admire your conviction to have only the shakes for 4 months! I bet you could tear and prepare a shake in your sleep by then. :shades: I too plan to use Medifast as part of my regular lifestyle every so often since it is so good, and so nutritiionally balanced. I feel like it's my magic tool to stay fit and lean. That's what I'm going for! When I'm ready for maintenance, I'll remember your ER experience which will help a great deal. YIKES! :pet: Thanks, and again, you have my admiration.

The extra penny for these thoughts, ;)
