Maura, you just may be surprised...often people lose a lot of inches while Medifasting because you truly lose lardgae, it shows up in the yardage!

Just keep drinking that water and your shakes... :water: :cheers:

the rain in Spain lays mainly on the plain - la la la la la and the yardage from the lardage shrinks, alas from the Medifast –la la la la la
Was 337/223 is goal (about 40 to go)

Hurrah! Move me up to the 40-pound club. This last 10 pounds took a lot longer ... probably because I'm close to goal and also because I took some days of eating what I wanted (including the holidays and a wonderful vacation in Alaska with Sasa).
Anyhow - I'm happy, happy, joy, joy.

Well, I wasn't going to weigh myself except for Sundays, but I was so close to 20 pounds I just had to watch for that landmark to pass.......and this morning it did........I weighed in at 232......now I'll stay off until Sunday :mrgreen:

Unca, can you please add m to the 20#club?

Thanks a bunch........and thanks to all on this forum for all the support, suggestions, etc. Couldn't have done it without you.

Now it's off to the land of US history. I have a paper due at 4pm today, and it's not quite done, so I won't be posting today.........naughty me. :oops:
