I have noticed that the goal clubs are 10# apart up to 100# then they seem to stop ??? I understand that 100# may be a major milestone to us all and allot of people dont even need to lose that much weight but some of us are severely gravity challenged and it doesnt stop at a 100# (or even 200#) maybe after a hundred it could be every 25 or so if 10 is too much but being a goal focused and competative person I really find motivation from it.
Just a thought.
There is an old saying " how do you eat an elephant? answer "one bite at a time" It is allot easier to take on the challenge of massive weightloss if it is broken up in bite size pieces.
