Hi everyone I am from Bermuda just wanted to encourage all to keep on medifast it worked for me I am happy with my weight now but i probably could lose 10 more lbs. I went from 215lbs to 152lbs from January 2005 -about May 2005 I think I stopped Medifast about June but I still use the supplements I have left and I am eating right. I might go on it fully again to get the last couple of lbs off.

I didnt find this program hard at all once i started losing it encouraged me to discipline myself I did cheat a couple of times :twisted:

but it didnt do anything to my weight loss because the cheating times I didnt go overboard.

I really wish all of you the best on your weight loss

MakeMeThinner People, I met this island beauty telephonically one year ago - on New Year's Eve when she weighed well over 200 pounds. She was determined to lose weight, she followed the program and she even took her nieces on a vacation to Disney World and just look at her now – over a year later!

Those dimples and that body are ooh-la-la!

That handsome hubby of hers is holding on tight. BermudaGirl, you glow with joy!
