Hi All!! Its been a long time since I checked in here. There is so many new people. I took some time off from MF, I have kept off what I lost but its now time to finish shedding the rest of the weight that I need to lose. I am having the time of my life, after spending so many years overweight and being over 100 pounds less than I was a year ago, my life has changed so much for the better, I'm not hiding in my house anymore, I am out enjoying life, its wonderful! I have some more weight to lose and now is the time to do it, this coming year is going to be the best year of my life. Anyone out there not sure if you want to give MF a try or not, just jump in and do it, it will change your life! Happy New Year All

HAPPY NEW YEAR TUMBLES!! I'm so excited to see you here too. This year truly is going to be very exciting!! I told my husband last night that I'm ready for summer (well not quite ready) to get here so I can wear a bathing suit for the first time in YEARS AND YEARS without feeling like a beached whale walking around!!
