I am so glad to hear from you - I've missed you.

A big bird er...a little bird told me that you've lost about 60 pounds is that right?

Yeah, you must be one proud Momma.

Ok, make it 50#. Ginny (my Mom has lost 50# She Began at about 200 and now is a svelt 150 something) She began the same time as I did, 9/8 and has lost a total of 50#. I would have not done this, had it not been for her. I owe the reasoning for this, and many pounds of support to her!!!

Here she is: (and I am damn proud of her!!) Again taken by my 13 year old daughter Alix, as she laughes, and comments "ahhh common Daaaaad...."

You and your mom look AWSOME!!! That must feel great having such a supportive mom. I read her previous posts. She'e so proud of you, with good reason! I know you're proud of her also. That's great not 1 but 2 success stories in the same family! You can tell by her smile in the 1st pictue how proud she is of you! Keep up the great work!
