I was checking out teh Jell-O site and they had an idea to make peach jello using tea and adding some peaches.

I made SF peach jello and used Crystal lite in place of water. I just added in ginger. Not too bad. I am sure it would be better with chunks of peaches, but chunks of ginger aren't bad for the crunch adn tang part.

I was thinking of trying something with ginger peach tea muffins or cookies made with the oatmeal
