Steph, Thanks so much! It's very sweet of you to check in on me. I had a fairly good week and my losses were good, tho I don't feel I exactly "deserve" them.
My daughter's 12th birthday was Friday and the one thing that almost always leads to my "cheating" was in full gear-exhaustion. I had 4 girls here under the age of 12, overnight(and yes, with all the decorating I had done, the disco ball, the LOUD music, Balloon fights, Kareoke, movies and all the junk food they could pack in..I am officially the coolest mom EVER...Hannah said one of the girls told her "your mom really knows how to throw a party, this is the best birthday party I have even been too:
Got off track there... I DID eat offplan on Friday and I think the only reason I am not paying for it with the scale is I was so busy for the days building up to it(more active) and the day of, my meals were hit and miss, I even made coffee Friday morning and got so busy it was OLD before I remembered I hadn't had any. Not at all proud of the indescretions but back on track and very greatful that I didn't do any scale damage...the ketosis damage is punishment enough.
