Hiya

Gina,
I've only been on the program for 16 days. I've lost 15 lbs (that I know of, I only weigh weekly! Last time I was on, I lost 34lbs in 6 weeks, then I fell off the wagon, then I got dragged behind the wagon. Then the wagon backed over me...but, I dusted myself off and got back on the wagon and these 16 days have been great! This program works if you stick to it, and I have and I'm so thrilled with my results. I'm already a completely different person on the inside and soon will be on the outside, and you will too!

Hi, Gina and  welcome back! Yeah!!!

 Prayers got me through the weight loss process and keep me on the narrow path for weight maintenance, too!

You're going to do just fine - be sure to read through the program book several times the first few weeks because there are a lot of great things to remember. Sometimes we don't catch it all the first time we read it and we can benefit from a 'refresher read.'

Take it one day at a time, one packet every three hours is how we get to our goal You can do it! I KNOW you can! :thumbig:

DeDe, you are right - we are different on the inside when we are on our program. Eating small meals every few hours keeps our blood sugar from diving and spiking and most people report that they have  mental clarity and feel less  cranky - that's a good thing!

okay,

Postby dede4wd » March 17th, 2006, 6:37 pm

I'm a gigantic hockey fan, but football really isn't my thing. I was at the Superbowl this year and the Steelers fans were really rude, so I rooted against them! That didn't work! Anyway...Good luck!

Sorry!

Postby dede4wd » March 17th, 2006, 8:55 pm

I wasn't paying attention and just making conversation! BTW, I'm sure most Steelers fans are very nice, just not the ones peeing on my equipment and keeping me up all night in my hotel room! Didn't mean to run them down!
