Getting restarted

Postby MaryAliceEllie » June 11th, 2006, 8:51 am

I started MF a little over 2 weeks ago. By my 14th day, (which was last Tuesday), I had lost 13#s. My son graduated from HS last Wednesday and I have been off the plan ever since. Trying to start again today. I sure hope I don't have to go through the terrible withdrawals again. I am so very angry with myself>>> :x

Yep, the important thing is you're back. And you're back pretty quickly, rather than going months or years. Try to learn from what happened, figure out your triggers and just move on.

Right on. That's awesome that you are realizing your mistake and getting right back on the bandwagon. TRUST me, it's worth it. The longer you wait the harder it is to get back on the horse. Or something like that. And congrats on your successes so far!

Welcome back. I'm on MF a second time myself. I only wish I would've had your smarts in getting back in the game early. It took me 4 months to return. Good Luck!
