Just an FYI on that walk - - if you were walking before you should cut what you were doing in half (and maybe you did but I wanted to mention it). If you weren't walking before you'll want to hold off until the end of week three while your body figures out what the heck you're doing and makes adjustments
Thank you. I have to figure out a way to cut the walk in half...the loop is 2.4 miles around and I usually walk 1 or 2 times around. Maybe I'll walk slow instead of speed walking like I normally would?
