Good for you for realizing that you were not feeling strong enough yet to go to karaoke and just retiring for the night. It really brightens our mood when we can overcome an obstacle, no matter how big or small. HOORAY for ONDERLAND!!

Congratulations on Onderland and on making a wise decision to not go somewhere that might tempt you to go off program. It is so darn hard to stay compliant once you've strayed the first time.......do not do that first time to test to see if I'm right---trust me on this one. :D

I actually JUST hit 199.2 today!
I have seen this number before BUT I've never been MORE happy to see it. I guess I'm happy now because it will be the LAST time that number comes up on the scale going upward to 2 hundred and something pounds!!!

I was so happy I was dancing all around my room like a little kid! :exercise:

Thank you for the CONGRATS everyone!! Silly me, by the time I got home from running errands with my grammy, I was already focusing on getting to 189! LMAO! *slow down girl* :bounce:

It's been the best day although I forgot my water bottle and need to catch up on it before I retire for the evening. I am THIRSTY!!

All week long I've been eating the same Lean & Green - Chicken breast and green beans with a little hot sauce on it. I tell you today it was time for change!! Today I had a nice salad and pork roast! (the other white meat!) Not bad!

Rodeomom, I am so hooked on the chocolate pudding now that I make it and throw it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. I added coffee to it and it was almost like having a frappacino from S-Bux!

I've still been dancing around all day...actually I've been walking around smiling like crazy!! LOL! I told my grammy about MF and she is actually happy for me and said she heard good things about it (probably from People magazine, no less). Anyway, she said it's good training for me to eat small meals every few hours...which is what she has been doing for the last 10 years ( she lost 150 pounds when she was diagnosed with diabetes by eating that way). My grammy is the reason I always tried to eat 5-6 small meals a day - I knew it worked for her and countless body builders...but I couldn't do the math to make it work for me.

That is no longer an issue!! I LOVE MEDIFAST!

When I told my grammy I was planning to do the plan for a full year, she was really encouraging and agreed it was probably the best plan. I am so excited!!

Well I have to go cook something for my daughter and cousin!! I haven't cooked a full meal since Thanksgiving and I know they are probably wondering if I'll ever cook again. LOL!

Thank you all for stopping by and for your support! Thanks MIKE for the nod into the 10# club.

Hey carrie! In the salt water flush, how much salt is used? I used to do it occasionally years ago (got it from my lemonade diet book). Now i cant find the book. With my sandbox issues, i definitely need it. I have some organic sea salt and can't remember how much goes in the water.

It removes the toxins from your colon...provides a complete flush of the intestines. early morning, on an empty stomach you drink 1 qt of warm water mixed with organic sea salt (i wanna say 1/4c sea salt). Drink it down in one sitting (no it doesn't taste great but...wait about 30 mins or so and...wel you can imagine the rest. This is definitely something you wanna do when you are going to be home (don't plan anything else for most of that day) because you are definitely not limited to just the one trip to the bathroom. But you feel so much better afterwards. Empty.
