You look so fabulous!

How nice that you feel comfy enough to share your results at all angles, too!

The physical changes are phenomenal and we can well imagine how good you feel now that you are able to be more active and do things with your little girl.

Maintenance is merely an extension of the things you have been learning during the weight loss phase – you will keep on eating every couple of hours and drinking plenty of water, not skipping meals, keeping portions small and making healthy food choices.

Already you are stepping up your activity level and keeping close tabs with your health coach.

You look so happy!

BTW, very cool top – it is flattering to your curvy figure.

It was my hubby's idea to do all angles. He said we need to show off all of you. I was a bit hesitant about it all, but then I said oh what the hay I can do it . He said he is very proud of me which really makes me feel good. And yes I'm still drinking lots of water. I always did drink water, not 80 to 100 oz like now, but did mostly drink water over juice or pop. Thanks also for the compliment about my top. I got it at Ross's. Thanks so much for always being there for me Nancy!!!!

I did a photo set from all angles recently and they didn't look that great. Especially my rear. But they were about accountability for me. I know I look best from the front but 10 or 20 pounds from now, I will have a new set of pictures to compare these with. I can't imagine a thinner set of pictures for you though. You look perfect!
