Well, let me tell you! It was fantastic! Sandy picked me up at the Jacksonville airport. I saw her first and when she turned around, the look on her face was priceless. All weekend, she kept saying "look at you!" and when she called her husband, she told him I was only half there, lol. (literally almost true).

I thought Claudia may have known because she had just visited home while I was away on vacation, but somehow, she didn't get the word. When she saw me, same reaction. It was so uplifting.

The best part of the whole weekend was that I didn't feel like a watermelon around them. I don't know why, but most of my friends are tall and slender. If I can get it to work, I'll post a picture of us at the hotel.
