The average weekly weight loss is 2-5 pounds.
MF is great and it works fast but not equally fast for all folks. Much depends on how much you have to lose, your metabolism, etc. I have lost 44 pounds in 15 weeks - just about 3/week using first the full fast and then the 5-1 plan. My weight loss did not change materially when I moved from the full fast to the 5-1.
