Full Fast

Postby cynben » February 15th, 2007, 9:59 am

What are the rules for the full fast? I was thinking about trying it for a few days (with my doctor's monitoring, of course) to see if I can get past this plateu I have been on for almost 2 weeks.

Instead of a Lean and Green, you have 1 meal replacement. So its a 6&0, not a 5&1.

It could even be 7-0 depending on your activity level, what products you are using and what your doctor recommends.

Full or Complete Medifast program, just means no regular lean/green meal.

Cyn
I do full fast (most of the time). I love it because the cravings/hunger is better and its easy to comply. When I get tired or need a change I may do a l&g day. I do 6-0 and sometimes 7-0. LOVE IT
Restart 9-10-2007
