The deli meat store here in NY that I buy from is made fresh daily onsite at their stores

That's it, I am moving to NY. Prepare my room, and my fresh turkey.

Can't even think of a fresh deli (other than the grocery) here in So. Cal.

Sounds pretty lucky to me.
