first mf meal -after working out @ 10-10:30 am (usually a bar)
2nd- noon
3rd- 2:30pm-3:pm
4- 5pm- L&G (usually 6-7 oz chicken or 7 oz tuna and 1 1/2 cups cooked greens)
5- 7pm
6-9:30-10pm
i drink around 64-93 oz of water a day
