frustrated fat girl

sharon, i lost the 100 lbs by eliminating all fast food, all soda, and working out 5-6x a week.

i can't workout of mf. i can walk but the weight training had to stop. there just isn't enough extra calorie content (for me anyway) to promote muscle growth.

when i reach goal, that will be the first thing i reincorporate into my lifestyle.

lifelovin, I was not planning on going on it full time. Are you kidding me? lol...I just wanted to do it one day! I'm with you in saying ..mix things up a bit to confuse your body. That's my plan!

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.
