Yes. The products that aren't meals are crackers, soy crisps, Fast Soups and salad dressings.

Hi

They're especially great for when it's time for another MF meal and you're not that hungry...they go down FAST and don't have you so full you feel like you'll explode!

I haven't tried cranberry mango yet, but I added some to my auto-ship order this month, so I'll know what I think next week!

Hi there,
I use the MF fruit drinks and teas all the time. I like them hot or cold. I also sometimes add a can of diet 7-up for a real treat. They're great, and yes as everyone has said -- they're a meal.

I ordered some for the first time, too. I thought they might make a nice popsicle.

Lately I've been using the RTDs when I'm not hungry. I've been trying to do a 6-and-1 plan instead of 5-1 and it's HARD to eat so often.

wow Robin I find it hard enough to do 5/1 nevermind 6/1 :)

So how filling are the teas and punches compared to the hot drinks? I've been finding the shakes slightly more filling than the hot drinks and the soups and oatmeals more than that. I was thinking about getting a few boxes of the cold drinks with the next order.

Sarya,

I just got the cold drink mixes last week and they are awesome, much lighter than the shakes, soups, bars and puddings I think. I mix mine with a diet 7up or diet sprite. Nice and cold and refreshing and don't seem to make me feel bloated, which has been a problem for me.

I think you will like them both. give em a try with your next order.
