Well, not technically. I make it with cold water, blend it a few secs and then add some ice and blend it again. Basically, I make it like most people make the shakes. It's wonderful. Much better than the shakes, IMHO. I think it's because it's whey protein, so it doesn't have that soy taste, which is too strong in the shakes for me.
It comes out all foamy and delicious. Almost like a chocolate shake (OK, it's been a really long time since I had a chocolate shake, so I may not remember them so clearly!).
