Hey everyone, Just found this sight. I started medifast on Tues 2/28/06. So happy to meet you all! My alltime high weight was 289 in 2000, I did nutrisystem and got down some, The last 2 years its been creaping back on. I started MF on tues at 250, I am happy to say that I am already down to 242. You all are so inspiring! Lookin forward to chattin with you.
Friends are angels that lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly!
