Hi y'all,

I woke up this morning and had a major ah-hah :o moment. We are all taking the first step (and last) towards flabulant freedom :) . We are taking control of our lives and our health. We are re-shaping our bodies. With all the love and support from these posters, families and friends, we CAN do this :D :D Believe!!

For those :twisted: skeptical of our success... :tongue:

So, let's congratulate and celebrate each other... to US!! Yea!!

I love this program and I feel so good about myself for the first time in a very long time!! I feel like Ms. Hyper lately, I'm so full of energy and excitement. I look forward to each and everyday now.

You've got it :D We are all taking control over our own lives and not letting the food industry control us. Freedom to do this is wonderful.!!Thank you soooo much for the great post!!! Freedom from those pinchy clothes is great too :mrgreen:
