Wed, 5-9-07, Day 4, Looked like this: (I was swamped and not able to post it yesterday)
8 am Vanilla Shake
10:30 Strawberry Shake
3:00 Vanilla Shake
4:00 Strawberry Shake (I was hungry!)
7:30 L/G Veal (6 oz. and Green salad, with 1 stalk broccoli)
12 cups of water
Didn't get in that 5th supplement. I was tired, and full, and just went to bed. Will get it in today.
Still down 4 pounds, but my waistbands on my skirts and pants are looser so I don't care what the scale says!
I have been having almost exclusively shakes, and I'm almost all outta shakes! I have tons of soup, etc. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff, including more shakes, which should arrive after the weekend.
In my past MF attempts, I had fewer shakes and more of the "food" (soup, chili, etc.). Now I'm drinking so many shakes and finding it easier to stay on plan - maybe that is helping me this time? I have been really busy at work this week so the shakes have been the easiest. It literally takes 3 minutes for me to mix and drink a shake, refill my big water bottle and take a potty break.
