I am 5'10". One of the benefits of being tall is that the weight distributes somewhat evenly. My thighs and belly are fat. I am working on them.
I determined my goal weight with the formula the dr. told me. It was 100lbs. for 5 feet and 5lbs for every inch after that. He said that that would be the healthiest weight. I might change my goal when I get closer. I will have to see how I am looking and feeling, but right now I think that it is a good goal.
