One of the beauties of this food plan is that yes, you can eat right before you slip between the sheets. And DON'T skip that last Medifast meal -- be sure you get it!

Only problem with eating right before bedtime is you'll have to get up during the night to potty. At least, I do. I swear, I'm wearing a path in the carpet at work. And I drank a lot of water BEFORE this.

Isn't it funny that we can "forget" to eat??? I do that too sometimes, and have to remind myself. I sure never did that before did I? I never gave myself a chance to forget, just "grazed" all the time! Oh well, the bad old days! ;)

My plan is similar

Postby shirgall » June 20th, 2005, 7:51 am

7am shake
10am shake
noon-1 bar w/30min walk
4pm shake
6-7pm +1 meal (usually steak or chicken w/salad)

Misty and I hit the upper limit on the size of the +1 meal so I tend not to be hungry before bedtime.

Hi there,

I "forgot" to eat my last mf shake last night... Actually, I just got so darn tired that I went off to bed & forgot...

How bad is that?

Thanks...
