LOW FAT - know what fats you consume and keep a check on all fats
INDIVIDUAL PLAN - (5 & 1 with lean and green) or full fast with strict supervision of your personal physician. You choose from the many products that are offered (in other words what you like) - remember only 1 bar a day, best at noon or 3 pm
MONITOR - Keep trying those favorite Jeans or that skirt on when you get to where your BMI should be - when it is getting snug - START SHAKING till it is back where it should be
