Take Shape for Life is a plan to get one to Optimal Health as quickly as possible. BESLIM

BREAKFAST - Shake or Oatmeal
EXERCISE - Essential forever - begin after first 3 to 4 weeks
SUPPORT - from your Health Advisor and Forum
LOW FAT - know what fats you consume and keep a check on all fats
INDIVIDUAL PLAN - (5 & 1 with lean and green) or full fast with strict supervision of your personal physician. You choose from the many products that are offered (in other words what you like) - remember only 1 bar a day, best at noon or 3 pm
MONITOR - Keep trying those favorite Jeans or that skirt on when you get to where your BMI should be - when it is getting snug - START SHAKING till it is back where it should be

You can do it if you make the DECISION - I did!

Thanks for the post!

I know the rules. Have known them for a while now.

If only I can stop being so " Unruly". I'd be at goal now. Just yesterday, I read in a health magazine that though some people have medical conditions that impede their weight loss efforts, the majority of us women are not willing to pay the price it takes to be thin. It's so much less painful to grab a slice of Pizza than lettuce with cold turkey on it.

I guess no pain no gain....
