I only have 20 very stubborn lbs. to loose. I lost 50 over a year ago. Do you think MF would be good for me?? Thanks

Of course. Its not just a weight loss product, but also a healthy lifestyle product.
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

I have to be careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence, I can reach for; perfection is God's business.

I've known people who have lost 15 lbs that they have been fighting to lose for years. They lost it and about 5 more that "would have been nice to lose". They are a happy camper.
