I totally understand missykalo! This past weekend I cooked for the family and it was really difficult. It was the little things that I didn't think of before. It was kind of funny in the end. I cooked the hubby/kids beef stew. They LOVE my beefstew...usually....I am taste cooker...or was...so I cooked my stew and didn't taste cook. Yeah..well it was not so popular. I apparantly made it a bit too salty this go around. I am fortuanate that my husband is incredibly supportive and he has been doing much of the cooking. They took it in stride and sucked it up! I guess I will be cooking bland for awhile.
