4.31 pounds a week for me to hit goal by August 1.

I kind of like seeing that in black and white! Hitting goal at August 1, I will be thin and healthy when I move, and start grad school. Fresh start, new body, and lots of new clothes to kickstart the next chapter in my life. So, weeks one and two I lost 7 and 7.5 pounds respectively, and then week three I lost 2. I am gonna start guzzling that water again and push on through. Maybe if I shoot for 5 a week I can average out at 4.31. I hope so!
