Way to go Aimee! I feel your excitement. I too have lost a tremendous amount of weight -- 10 pounds in only 10 days. Can you believe it?

 CONGRATULATIONS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ;)

Keep me posted on your progress.

Good Job!!
Doesnt it just feel GREAT to lose so fast? I dont know of any diet I have been on that I could lose that much weight in such a short time.
Keep on the plan and you will see great results!
Have a great day and enjoy your success!!!

Thanks everyone,
After being on it for a week I lost 6 lbs- almost a lb a day....Now that I look at it that way- I am grinning. I was a little disappointed earlier because I wanted 10lbs. I think I was expecting to :cateye: see a big difference. :bananadance:
This week has been empotional for me :aarggh: and I am gonna have to blame it on my two new life changes. My new job and medifast. Both are positve because I need money to live and I need medifast to live too!
I have some work scrubs that are tight and I will be trying them on next week to judge- I am afraid to try them on now. It will be worse for me than no movement on the scale! :hammerhead:
I will keep saying this- This is the best forum and I am so grateful to have found this when I did.
You all are the best! :bighug: :yourock: :goteam:

Aimee, You're doing great. Hang in there, those scrubs will one day fall off. Mine did, I wore the biggest ones we had at my hospital. Since medifast, I do believe I can move down about 2 sizes smaller scrubs now. So dont worry if today or even tomorrow the scrubs are still too tight, know that soon they will be too big. :D

Don't be discouraged Aimee. That is a wonderful loss. It took me 5 days to even see a loss and get into ketosis. Everyone is different except for the fact that everyone eventually responds to this program with a good loss over time. Medifast is saving my life. LITERALLY. Have patience. ;)
