First week weight loss

This is my first week back - 15 pounds to my goal... can anyone give me some advice on how much I can expect to lose the first week - I can't remember how much I lost my first week the last time but I believe it was around 5 lbs?

Also I know there's not drinking but how harmful will it be to have one glass of wine for my anniversary?

On average I would say 5 lbs is a good estimate. But everyone is different, especially since you are already so close to your goal. Now the alcohol...it is processed in the body as sugar therefore, it will knock you outta ketosis. Toast the hubby with a glass of crystal light!!! :mrgreen:

Everyone's weight loss is different. I only lost 4 lbs. my first week and I have a lot to lose. I agree with the other poster ~ skip the wine.
